FoW Wednesday...Americans and British take a bloody nose this time

Another long slugfest. Americans and British combined Normandy force attempting to take a German defended town. The terrain was the enemy in this one. By the time the British broke through the American armor had been shattered and we fell short of the town. The British never even got near their objective...too much bocage and too many dug in infantry in the path. By the time the Brits got into the clear the Germans were able to swing their anti armor toward them and make short work of the Cromwell IV's. The game ended 4-3 in favor of the Germans.
